Cena De Navidad, Sosua, Dominican Republic

Bonita takes the stage again to prepare a nice Christmas Dinner (Cena De Navidad). We will dine on fresh shrimp in a special cream sauce 'A La Bonita' consisting of tomatoes, red peppers, onions, milk, butter, cream, etc. along with various herbs and spices. In addition, we will have a nice side salad and boiled potatoes. To round out the meal, we will cleanse our palate with a wonderful cabernet wine. Merry Christmas everyone!
