Pistachio Tres Leches Cake With Coconut Whipped Cream!

This simple tres leches cake is delicious. Beautiful pistachio cake soaked in a three milk mixture and topped with heavenly coconut whipped cream and flakes. Try it! You can thank me later : )

Pistachio Tres Leches Cake Ingredients:
1. (4) large eggs
2. (1) cup of milk
3. (2) 3 ounce packages of Jello pistachio instant pudding
4. (3/4) cup of vegetable oil
5. (1) white box cake mix (I used Pillsbury)

Tres Leches Mix:
1. (1) 13 ounce can of evaporated milk
2. (1) 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
3. (1/2) cup of whole milk. You can use 2% or skim milk also.
4. (1) tablespoon of vanilla extract

Coconut whipped Cream:
1. (1) 12 ounce tub of whipped topping
2. (1/2) teaspoon of coconut extract
3. (2/3) cup of sweetened coconut flakes to top the whipped cream

You will also need a 9x13 baking dish and non-stick spray.
