Try these unbelievably delicious Cuppies. Stuff them with whatever you like. You know I won't be mad at you!!!

I used 8 medium sized green plantains for this video and made close to 30 Cuppies total. You may have some filling left over, and can definitely make a few more than I did if you like. By the way, the shrimp mixture goes amazingly well with some pasta!!!

Ingredients for Steak:
1. (1) pound of top sirloin steak sliced thin
2. (1/2) teaspoon of adobo
3. (1/2) teaspoon of garlic powder
4. (1/2) teaspoon of onion powder
5. (1/2) teaspoon of black pepper
6. (1/4) teaspoon of salt
7. (1) tablespoon of white vinegar
8. (2) tablespoons of olive oil
9. (3) ounces of tomato sauce
10. (2) tablespoons of sofrito
11. (1/2) sliced yellow onion

Ingredients for shrimp:
1. (1) pound of shelled and deveined shrimp that you rough chop
2. (1/4) teaspoon of salt
3. (1/4) teaspoon of pepper
4. (1/4) teaspoon of cajun seasoning (I use Slap Ur Mama)
5. (3) tablespoons of olive oil
6. (2) tablespoons of butter
7. (1/4) red onion diced
8. (1/3) red bell pepper diced
9. (6) cloves of minced garlic
10. (2) tablespoons of chopped cilantro

You will also need oil for frying the plantains of your choice! Enjoy!!
