This nice lady came for routine diabetic foot care, but also had a pain in the front of the foot that I diagnosed as a Morton’s Neuroma. That is an inflamed nerve that can cause different types of pains and sensations. We are injecting it today with cortisone. I learned along the way to put the local anesthetic in first, and it hurts much less this way.
