37 Minute Beginner/Intermediate Strong Arms Workout | with Active Rest - We will hit biceps, triceps and shoulders today. We are going to hit 3 sets of each, so I will call this a beginner/intermediate workout. We will use some active rest in between sets to lets the arms rest!
