Take a deep breath and you inflate. Anything you consume causes your body to inflame. Water, juice, coffee, alcohol cause different levels of inflammation.

Live and dead food cause different levels of inflammation. Vegetation decreases inflammation still has lectins to protect the plant that causes inflammation.

Processed plants – crackers, plant-based meat will also cause more inflammation especially with more processed ingredients added.

Dead animal flesh gives you the highest levels of inflammation. It doesn’t matter what kind it is. If it used to move and you eat it then the inflammation is going to be high.

Inflammation is your immune system reacting to what you consumed

Whatever you eat turns your immune system on to turn food into you.

Like ambulances going up & down the street 3 plus times a day every day your body is going to keep having damage until things start falling apart.

Ambulances scratched up the blood vessels and cause damage to other cells.

Cholesterol is an innocent bystander who goes from repairing the vessels to sticking to them like zombies causing plaque.

It becomes an overflow problem when your immune system is always on.

I got this concept from Jessica Black, ND in her book The Anti-Inflammation Diet & Recipe Book.

Imagine your body like a cup and over the years you have been constantly running your immune system filling up the cup.

When it overflows you have T2-diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver, and for this talk ED.

Filling it with medications isn’t helping but it revs up the ambulance and zombie problem.

Fasting lets your body control the inflammation.

Your immune system can heal your body instead of constantly breaking down food.

When you eat it is as important as what you eat.

Fasting is 6 times more effective than calorie restriction.

Fasting for too long like 10 days will slow your metabolism.
