Dumbbell Rows: A Simple Tutorial

This is how to perform the strict version of dumbbell bent over rows. This version of the dumbbell row does not utilize momentum to move the weight. A huge point of focus for this version of dumbbell rows, is to maintain a retracted and "locked in" scapula. It differs from other more liberal, momentum centric, versions of dumbbell rows (Such as krok rows that may utilize more fluid motion of the scapula around the ribcage throughout repetitions)
