Dumbbell Reverse Flyes: A Simple Tutorial

This is my favorite way to execute reverse flyes. It really gives you an opportunity to FEEL the muscles of your upper back contracting. Reverse flyes always seem to be an exercise that you wonder "Dang, am I really performing these correctly?"

For me and my athletes that I train, performing them in this fashion helps to cue you in on what they're supposed to feel like.
