Full Body Small Ball Pilates || At Home Pilates Workout

Get ready for a fun and fiery full-body Pilates class using the small ball. We'll work on strength, stability and control as we move through a well-rounded session that hits all the major muscle groups. The small ball adds an extra challenge -but, if it feels a little too wobbly, no worries! You can easily switch if out for a yoga block.

I'm joined by the lovely Hannah and Emma- Hannah will be showing the modified versions, so if you're new to Pilates or just want a gentler option, she's your go-to girl !
