14 DAY CHALLENGE - DAY 6 *15 Minute Upper Body Burner*
Hi Everyone!
Today's 15 minute challenge is focused on sculpting that upper body.
As usual there are three circuits consisting of 5 exercises, which are 1 minute long.
1. 3 way push-up (wide push-up, triceps push-up and diamond push-up)
2. Back fly
3. Front and side raises
4. Chest expansion (with band)
5. Chatarunga
All these exercises can be modified and can be done without any weights or bands.
You'll need:
- A mat
- Weights of your choice
- A TheraBand
As you can see my arms died !
