FIVE-INGREDIENT Homemade Rosemary BEER BREAD Recipe

Beer bread is a simple quick bread that requires no yeast and no kneading before baking. In this episode we are making FIVE-INGREDIENT HOMEMADE ROSEMARY BEER BREAD. This bread recipe incorporates beer in the dough to give a soft and moist bread texture on the inside with a mild tangy flavor. The butter allows this homemade bread to have a delicious crispy crust on the outside. You should make this easy recipe today.

FIVE-INGREDIENT HOMEMADE ROSEMARY BEER BREAD
1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted, for coating loaf pan & to spread on top of dough
3 cups self-rising flour
3 Tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
12 to 14-ounces mild beer
fresh rosemary leaves, to taste, mixture of chopped & whole leaves

1. Place oven rack to middle position in oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a bread loaf pan with melted butter. Set aside.
2. Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl. Stir in rosemary leaves and beer until a sticky dough forms. With floured hands, shape dough to the size of loaf pan. Transfer dough to prepared bread loaf pan. Evenly shape dough to pan. Spread the remaining melted butter on top of dough. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean and the top of bread is light golden brown.
3. Transfer to a wire rack to cool, 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan and continue to cool on wire rack. Slice and serve.

If you are a beginner to baking bread, give this recipe a try. It uses basic ingredients and is a simple recipe to follow. Also, I state in the recipe to use mild beer. This is just my preference. You can use whatever beer you have on hand. Different beers will have different flavors. Usually, the darker the beer, the stronger the flavor.
