Jimmy’s watching a CNN report about a mob slaying in New York. He realizes from the way the hit was done that his cousin Sammy is the perpetrator. Jimmy realizes it’s only a matter of time before Sammy’s gonna get whacked, so he appeals to McCool to have Sammy brought into witness protection with them. McCool agrees – as long as Jimmy will take responsibility for his cousin.

At school, Petey is trying to run for class president, but is having trouble getting his classmate’s attention. He looks to Theresa for help, but she turns out to be so popular that she winds up running against Petey!

As the family prepares for Sammy’s arrival, we learn that Sammy and Cookie were an item before Jimmy swooped in and won Cookie’s heart. Sammy turns out to be a bit of a sleaze, having pick-pocketed gifts for the family from the Feds that brought him in. Gina gets a stun gun! Sammy and Cookie greet each other in the kitchen, where Sammy romantically kisses Cookie, much to her shock.

As Jimmy shows Sammy around town, the cousin spots a number of prime criminal opportunities. Jimmy tries to tell him that they can’t revert to their old ways while in witness protection, but it’s no use. McCool visits Jimmy to inform him that Regina’s crime rate has tripled since Sammy came to town. Jimmy has to get a leash on Sammy, pronto.

Cookie consults a statue of the Virgin Mary in her room. The statue comes to life (in Cookie’s imagination) and dispenses some terrible advice. Cookie should just go ahead and have some fun with Sammy.

Unable to heed this advice, Cookie goes to Jimmy to tell him what happened, but just then, Sammy shows up with some bimbo he’s picked up. Worse than that, Sammy admits he just robbed the biggest bank in Regina!

Election day comes and Theresa is shocked when Petey wins (beating Hitler Jr. by a few hundred votes). Turns out Theresa wasn’t even on the ballot – she forgot to register her candidacy.

Cookie confronts Sammy about the kiss, which he admits was just out of nostalgia. She urges him to help Jimmy rectify this situation. Luckily Jimmy and Cheech have a plan; they are going to pull a ‘reverse heist’ and give the money back to the bank.
Disguised as characters from Seinfeld, the trio bust into the bank “Everybody move and nobody do as we say!!!” As Jimmy tries to get the teller to take the money back, the cops arrive and a shoot-out ensues. Sammy winds up taking a bullet for Jimmy and with his dying breath, admits he kissed Cookie. Jimmy chokes Sammy (hey, the guy’s dying anyway) and then he and Cheech escape. Everything is back to ‘normal’.

Fugget About It is a new animated comedy sitcom about the misadventures of Jimmy Falcone. Jimmy is a former New York mob boss, who goes from feared capo to friendly Canuck when he and his family enter the witness protection program in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. After Jimmy is asked by his associates in the Gambini crime family to whack his good old Uncle Cheech (who routinely spills mob secrets to any half naked woman he encounters), Jimmy goes to mob boss Don Gambini to plead his uncle’s case. When nothing comes of it, he politely throws Gambini out of a nineteen storey window. With all of New York out to get him, Jimmy has no choice but to turn to the Feds, who move the Falcones to Regina, change their name to MacDougal, and teach them how to live like regular schnooks in the Great White North.
