SUPERSET WORKOUT - TEST THE LIMITS OF YOUR BODY
Superset day! I hope you get something out of this video. This is the way I train when I'm in a gym or whatever. I do not use that much weights and I'm doing supersets most of the time. In this way you get more of a conditional component in your training and you can do more bodyparts in less time. Your body has to get used to it for 1 or 2 weeks though. So start light and take it from there. Good luck!! :)
