Coach Rachel shares some funny fails from her gymnasts in this week’s video!

Fails are a daily occurrence in gymnastics, we learn from our mistakes! Some of those fails just happen to be kind of funny to watch.

None of the girls were injured/hurt from these fails and all got back up and tried again.. most of them were successful. Gymnastics (and anything else) is trial and error. You have to be physically and mentally tough!
