This week's coach life video takes the Ultimate coaches out of the gym and to Asheville, North Carolina for the GALA gymnastics competition!

It's the coaches turn to compete ~ All 4 of us competed in the adult gymnastics division in our first competition of the year!

Things didn't exactly go to plan & we made lots of mistakes BUT getting out there was a lot of fun ~ and we'll just get better with practice & time!

Remember ~ You don't have to be perfect to be a gymnast. Gymnastics is for everyone ~ Regardless of age!
