Tips for making thoracic anesthesia easy
We show how a simple readily available neonatal circuit can be applied to allow early detection of outward movements of the DLT when it is easy to correct. It also allows for better control of inflation of the lung to test for leaks. We show how the circuit can identify the correct amount of air to inflate in the distal cuff. We identify causes for outward movement of the DLT.
