NEW House Build Coming - ICF & Geothermal

I have a new house build coming utilizing ICF and geothermal. I recently subdivided land to be able to sell lots. Buyers want my lots, but are scared of the home building process. Therefore, I've made the decision to get my general contractor's license and build a house on one of the 5 acre lots. I am going to incorporate insulated concrete forms and geothermal into this house, and I'm going to film the entire build process to bring to you all. Stayed tuned, this is going to get interesting.
