I love to create healthy, flavorful, and easy to replicate meals using REAL ingredients. I believe healthy does not have to be boring! It can be dynamic, flavorful, and mouthwatering good!

We've heard the saying, "health is wealth" and know it to be true! The first thing that helps lead us to a healthy lifestyle is the food we put into our bodies. By making the conscious decision to eat healthier and venture down the path to a healthy lifestyle, we can transform our lives! A healthy lifestyle means more energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

3. I love reading :) I mostly enjoy positive psychology and business books
4. I have over 25 plant babies that I love and adore. I take very good care of them.
5. I love meeting new people, sharing ideas, and making new memories.
