Southport inquiry blames killer Axel Rudakubana's parents I The Daily T

The first report from the Southport inquiry has found that triple child-killer Axel Rudakubana’s parents are partly to blame for not doing “what they morally ought to have done”.

The inquiry heard that Alphonse Rudakubana and Laetitia Muzayire knew their son was hoarding knives, accessing “chilling” violent content online and had been making poison in his room.

The report also found systemic failings by Prevent, the police and he NHS that allowed Rudakubana to murder Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe, and Alice da Silva Aguiar.

Joining Camilla Tominey as a co-host, Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg says that, while the parents must take responsibility, authorities and bodies are “always looking for somebody else to blame”.
