Easy Healthy Ice Cream
Today I'm going to show you how to make healthy ice cream.
This 3-ingredient ice cream is creamy, delicious and healthier than store-brought ice creams.
This no-churn ice cream is also vegan, gluten free and dairy free!

HEALTHY ICE CREAM RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 14 oz can full-fat coconut milk (800ml)
1/2 cup HONEY (170g) (*NOTE: After another test, I found this ice cream works better with honey, it's even more creamy this way, so I would suggest you go with honey as sweetener!)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
Preparation:
In a large bowl, add the coconut milk, maple syrup or honey, and cocoa powder. Using a whisk or electric mixer, whip up the ice-cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into a sealable bag, seal it up and lay flat in the freezer. You can pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds too. Put in the freezer to harden.
While in the bag, break the frozen ice cream into a pieces. Transfer into a food processor and blend until it starts to come together into a smooth and creamy ice cream.
At this stage, you can eat your ice cream or you can re-freeze it for for firmer texture.
