HOW TO USE THIS POMODORO:
1. Spend the first 10 minutes tidying your workspace, grabbing a snack/drink, and planning your session. Choose up to 2 big tasks or 4–5 small ones and break them into tiny steps for clarity.
2. When you hear the gong, it’s focus time! You’ve got this! ♡
3. During breaks, move a little, stretch, refill your water bottle, and breaaaaathe.
4. After the session, celebrate your progress! Tidy up, set intentions for the rest of your day, and appreciate what you’ve accomplished. 🎉
