Armed Thieves Rob Woman in Middle of Intersection

A woman was attacked while she was crossing an intersection in Chicago. Cops say the attack was just the start of a vicious crime spree. They went on to assault four other victims. The scary incident occurred in September but the city's Office of Emergency Management refused to release the video until now, according to CWBChicago. There is now outrage because a police sergeant reportedly spotted the getaway car but decided not to pursue the suspects.
