At it again! Another full day of eating. I’m showing you a full food freedom what I eat in a day video to help you see what it’s actually like to make food choices as an intuitive eater. To help with comparison or triggering people I like to focus more on the “why” behind food choices as well as giving you ideas VS the actual amount eaten/not eaten/etc!
