Shaping Sourdough Kugelhopf

Shaping naturally leavened Kugelhopf on day 4 @ecoleinternationaleboulangerie 🇫🇷🔝

It’s my first time making this dough and with some expert guidance, I’m honing my shaping skills. These are proofed in a traditional ceramic mold to give the classic shape.

Fingers crossed I did the job well enough and they turn out tomorrow! 🤞🤞🤞
