We came back to Oriental Residence again and spent our new year's eve with them. I really have to say it's really the best in Bangkok. Maybe there are many other 5 star hotels in Bangkok with newer facilities and bigger names. But for me, attentive and friendly service is always the most important thing. Every single staff of ORB is super friendly with a great smile all the time. They made us feel like VIPs even we were just staying in a one-bedroom suite. And no matter what I asked for from the housekeeping, they delivered within 5 minutes. That was super impressive. The quality of their bed and bedsheets is super outstanding. One of the best in the world for sure. I really have no idea how does the General Manager, Mr. Sukamal Mondal hire, trains, and managers such a great team. Amazing.

Thank you very much for spoiling again in the last 5 days. We had a great time in Bangkok because of you guys. We can't wait to come back again.
