Beginner Poi Tutorial: Tuck Turns

We enter our 3rd week of #quarantinecontent by taking a look at poi tricks that can be done with the poi swinging from side to side of the body. Our first example is poi tuck turns! Tuck turns involve swinging the poi back and forth in front of and behind you as you swing them around your body. They incorporate elements of both plane bending as well as flowers and can be thought of as body tracers! Learn how to do them in today's beginner poi tutorial.
