In-depth fire safety procedures to learn how to spin fire safely! Fire spinning safety for fire dancing and spinning includes information on equipment, dipping, safety spotters, and which fabrics are safe to wear. This is part of how to spin fire safely! This isn't a comprehensive guide to fire safety, but it will cover the most essential information.

Spinning fire is one of the cornerstones of the Flow Arts world--for many people it’s either what attracted them to spinning in the first place or a goal for them to attain. In this video, I talk briefly about the history of fire spinning as well as going over some best practices when it comes to fire safety.
