Onyx Development- El Sereno
Onyx Project presentation took place on October 11, 2017 at the Rose Hill Rec Center in El Sereno.
The developer is proposing 32 small-lot houses, 29 will be 3-bedrooms and 3 will be 4 bedrooms.
The project has been modified from 40-something originally proposed in 2015 to 32. The developer is also creating 2 public streets to create better access to the homes. In addition, there will be some public spaces for residents and the community to use.
Concerns are there will be essentially only one way in and out of the location (Commodore Street) once the properties are built and there will only be 18 street parking spaces.
Also a concern to residents is the density this project will bring with the amount of bedrooms each house will have.
Uploading information in order to inform residents, share community events, and make El Sereno a more proactive community.
