Riding BMX In A Skatepark Filled With 5,000 Gallons Of Water!

I went to visit the Rosemead, CA Skatepark, and much to my surprise, it had been shut down, and filled with these gigantic barriers that were filled with hundreds of gallons of water! Luckily a group of skaters, a BMX dude, and myself were able to collectively much enough of them to catch a quick session before the cops came.
