An Utterly Brilliant New Sudoku Rule

Congratulations to Andrew Yeung (Murder Mystery) and Anders Sorensen (Heat Wave) for winning the merch from our two recent Patreon events! Mark tried this puzzle just this morning and he's instantly told me I need to do it in a video... it features a ruleset we've not seen before and it is magnificent. It's called "Quad Sum Sudoku" and it's by udukos. Give the puzzle a try at the link below:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Three of the four digits touching a circle sum to the fourth digit. Not all circles are necessarily given.
