Bicycle Touring in El Hierro island in the Canary Islands

El Hierro is the least known of the Canary Islands and the most Southerly point of Europe. We arrived into the lovely fishing village of La Resting and then cycled up into the cloud forests before taking counter clockwise route around the island. Our route took us through five very distinct ecosystems, which is what make this island such a special place!
