WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO FUEL MY BODY! healthy & simple at home meals

I am the biggest foodie everrrr. I even got my degree in nutrition with a concentration in dietetics. Your body does so much for you and it is so important to fuel it on a day to day basis. In this video, I take you through some healthy and simple at home meals. This isn't what I eat every single day and I absolutely treat myself at times but I hope you get some great ideas from this video!

OATS RECIPE:
1.5 servings quick cooking oats
1 scoop https://1stpho
vanilla extract
sunflower butter (or other nut butter)
🌼 cook oats in microwave stirring in between, add protein and nut butter once almost fully cooked then reheat if desired
FALAFEL RECIPE:
1 can drained & rinsed chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp coconut flour
seasonings of choice
optional add in: chopped kale
🌼 process until you can form into patties, bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes per side
PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH
1.5 scoops https://1stpho
1 tbsp PB fit
1 tbsp sugar free jello mix
handful dark chocolate chips
water or almond milk to mix
