A story of copper, from the National Archives

A Story of Copper, as produced by the now defunct Bureau of Mines as part of the Department of the Interior. This shows mining at the Morenci open pit mine as well as underground workings in Bisbee. One thing to note is that once the copper is electrolytically refined, there is a slime at the bottom of the tanks containing gold and silver.

The refinery is probably Asarco, which exists today as one of the largest companies in the world for metaliferous refining.
