Controlled Sidepressure Max Effort Training

Couple armwrestling sidepressure exercises, first doing light multi vector sidepressure from high cable with wrist wrench, working on angles and hand control. Second exercise trying to get close to my max sidepressure weight from high cable with rolling handle. Came up short this time, but thats understandable, lot to work on!
