We had a "puente" (day off), which are VERY typical in Spain (we love it), so we decided to finally go check out El Escorial! It was the most beautiful weather, in the most beautiful place, with my beautiful friends! It was an amazing day in San Lorenzo de El Escorial exploring the Casita del Principe, having lunch in the main plaza, and then checking out the Monastery, which is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

It's SO easy to get here from Madrid. We chose to take the Cercanias train and it was free with our abono. Being Highly recommend going to El Escorial if you have the chance! I hope you guys enjoy the video.
