Navien's NPN Universal tankless heater

This is the second part of the NPN series unites the U series or the Universal.
This unit can be installed inside with provided concentric venting or it can be installed outside with an outdoor vent kit.
When installing inside you must determine where the best placement for the unit, it's always best to mount it on an outside wall so the least amount of vent pipe is used. If you have to run more than the 11.5 or the 21" then you must install a condensate drain off the top of the right-side vent collar.

These units in my opinion are a game changer when you only need three different unites between the two series.
