How to make a Low Cost Cymbal Trigger

In this video I show how to convert a Low Volume Ride into a Dual Zone electronic ride, using a DIY low cost cymbal trigger, made with a guitarr pickup and a rubber foam that you can find in Ebay or Aliexpress for not more than 10 USD.

My results triggering a Dual zone ride is tha the bow triggers very good but the bell is not 100% accurate,you can hear some false triggers, so this is a work in progess... In the case of a one zone Crash cymbals, it triggers similar as the rubber cymbal.
...Now working on how to convert a Hi Hat...stay tuned!
