25 MINUTE LEG WORKOUT AT HOME | LIGHT DUMBBELLS ONLY

Try this 25 minute leg workout at home if you have access to two light dumbbells. This workout requires no bench to do. It's also great for building and engaging the Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes, and Calves. This is a full workout video. Follow along with me.
