A 19 minute guided meditation on mindfulness of feelings. Number three of five meditations. A practice to experience directly feelings that are pleasant, painful and between pleasant and painful. Grasping onto pleasant can lead to craving and addiction. Grasping onto painful can lead to reaction, blame and aggression. Grasping onto the feeling between can lead to dullness, apathy and boredom. Mindfulness of feelings leads to inner depth, self –knowledge, natural happiness and a wise response to situations.
