Rockind v MSP Trooper - Part 2

Criminal Defense Attorney Neil Rockind, advocate of the Killer Cross Examination (www.killercrossexamination.com) cross examined a Michigan State Trooper in a case in which the Trooper claimed that he arrested our client for Open Intoxicants and a Fraudulent License. The hearing quickly rvealed that the Open Intoxicants was a sham. Rockind's cross examination showed the Trooper's lack of believability. The court ultimately dismissed the charges finding that the Trooper's testimony was not reliable.
