Dirty Cop Marcus Devaney Deposition Part 1

Double-talking Deputy Marcus Devaney lies under oath to cover up his false police report. If Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, Calaveras County is the dirtiest. The snoring and labored breathing that viewers are asking about are coming from the opposing lawyer, a 300 lb alcoholic white-collar criminal named Kenneth Foley. He passed out drunk at this deposition. In the video, Foley again makes the knowingly false accusation that "Mr. Smith threatened on the internet to jam his cock down Mrs. Bridges' throat," to the deputy's amusement. Of course, no such threats have been found. Deputy Devaney's incident report is completely false. Prank calls did not come from my telephone number, I was not convicted of a crime, I don't own a secret house in SF, etc. Even after he knew that these allegations were false, he repeated them in these threads, only to later delete his posts and run away. At this deposition, Devaney evasively double-talks about why he did not do the slightest investigation into the defendants' accusations. He did not even take 30 seconds to call me. This is why I had him admit he was aware that it is his responsibility to include in his report info that clears the accused. He arrogantly testifies that I was wasting his time, and so I made him admit that he knew that judges and DAs use police reports to establish probable cause to issue arrest warrants and restraining orders. Devaney is a sadistic little asshole with no respect for the law and even less respect for the people he is sworn to protect.
