आज हम सब देखेंगें Ruma Devi जी की motivational story जिनमें हुनर, हिम्मत, और हौसले की ज़रा भी कमी नहीं है. Rajasthan में पैदा हुई रूमा केवल 4 साल की थी जब उनकी माँ की मृत्यु हो गई परन्तु उन्होंने हिम्मत नहीं हारी. कुछ वर्ष बाद घर की financial problems के चलते उन्हें पढाई छोड़नी पढ़ी परन्तु उन्होंने तब भी मुस्कुराते हुए जीवन की चुनौती का सामना करा.
Financial problems के चलते हुए ही उनके पुत्र की भी मृत्यु होगी. परन्तु ये उनकी will power, never give up attitude और जज़्बे की बदौलत ही है कि वे इन सब के बाद भी फिर से खड़ी हुई और अपने goal की तरफ जी जान से मेहनत करने लगी.
उन्होंने अपने साथ और महिलाओ को जोड़ा और कपडे के बैग और वस्त्र बना women entrepreneurship की तरफ कदम बढ़ाए. उनके hard work और determination के चलते ही उन्हें माननीय राष्ट्रपति जी द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया और Harvard University में भी speaker के तौर पर आमंत्रित किया गया।

After a few years, due to the financial problems of the house, she had to quit her studies, but instead of getting depressed she faced this challenge with a smiling life. She also lost her son due to financial problems. But it is only because of her will power, never give up attitude and passion that she stood up again after all this and started working hard towards her goal. She collected more women along with her and started making cloth bags and clothes, thereby exploring the world of women entrepreneurship. She has successfully portrayed that based on skills, how to start a business? Due to her hard work and determination, she was honored by the Honorable President and was also invited as a speaker at Harvard University.
