How to Make Japanese Matcha Crepe Roll Cake

Hello everyone, this was inspired by a video I saw on Facebook (sorry forgot who it was from or else I would give them credit). You can make this into vanilla flavor or chocolate by taking out the matcha powder and replace with vanilla extra or cocoa powder respectively. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and feel free to let me know what other recipes you would like to see.

Recipe:

All purpose flour 75g [1/2 cup + 1tbsp]
Matcha Powder 4g [2 tsp]
1 Large Egg
Granulated Sugar 15g [1 tbsp]
Milk 200ml [1/2 cup + 1/2 cup]
Heavy Whipping Cream 15g [1 tbsp]
Melted Butter 15g [1 tbsp]

Fresh Cream:
Heavy Whipping Cream 160g [2/3 cup]
Granulated Sugar 25g [2 tbsp]
