FAST 5 | 2019 VW Atlas Review - The Masculine Minivan

The 2019 VW Atlas is possibly the biggest and best 3 row family SUV on the road! The 2019 VW Atlas is the first full-size SUV from VW, replacing the smaller Touareg which didn't sell well due to an inflated price tag and not all that much room. This Atlas remedies that problem with value and space to spare. This Atlas won't snap any necks, however, as it's not the most ornate vehicle in the parking lot, but what it lacks in style it makes up for in utilitarianism. The materials are also quite nice, but again nothing flashy. However, I was spoiled with the SEL Premium trim so that could be why I thought materials were nice. SEL Premium is the only trim in the VW Atlas to come with real leather. It is also the only trim to come with VW Digital Cockpit, which I still love. My tester was also the top-of-the-line VR6 engine which is a nice N/A V6 making decent power.

Ultimately I really liked being inside the 2019 VW Atlas. Notice I said "being inside" since I'm not sold on the looks. I think in a different spec I'd like it more. Black exterior with Black wheels would match the geometric masculinity of the body lines, I think.
