Hike to the Bridge to Nowhere - Azusa, CA

Welcome Caminantes to the first video of 2021! Located north of Azusa, this hike is truly a unique and exciting adventure. The trail is a moderate 10-11 miles round trip, and can take anywhere between 5-7 hours, depending on your pace. You'll follow the East Fork Trail along the San Gabriel river, and try as you might, there's no escaping getting wet a few times. I would recommend this hike for the summer as the water/ river is much more enjoyable, but the winter season does provide views of the snowy mountains (provided it's been raining). Regardless of when you go, be prepared for crowds. And as always, thanks for watching!

Address and Parking:
"Bridge to Nowhere Trailhead. Camp Bonita Rd, La Verne, CA 91750." You'll need an adventure pass to park at the lot.

Recommended gear:
Hiking shoes/ boots, spare socks, a towel, trekking poles (or a sturdy stick) and long pants - I prefer not being poked by bushes every minute.
