Hey everyone! ✨💗 I hope you all give this a try, it’s very easy and worth the time trying to make especially if you’re on a budget. I would recommend making this wax 2 hours prior before actually applying to the skin. It can take awhile to boil depending how low you put the oven temperature on. After you’re done, it takes an additional hour to cool down. When it is turning into a solid that is when you use it as a sugar wax paste. After it cools, it gets rock solid. So make sure you make the wax accordingly to the time you want to use it!

- *DISCLAIMER ALERT*
At the time of filming this video, I was fairly new to using sugar wax. In my recent video of "Sugar Wax in the microwave: Only 3 minutes!" I have shown how to apply it properly.

- Apply sugar wax to skin in the OPPOSITE direction of your hair growth, then PULL the sugar wax in the SAME direction.

FAQ:

1. Does sugaring hurt?? - It can if you have very sensitive skin, but the pain is manageable I’d say on a scale of 1-10 about a 3.

2. How long does the wax last in the mason jar? - As long as you store it in the fridge, you can have it in there indefinitely. You’d just have to reheat it when you want to use it.

3. How do you use as a soft or hard wax? - To use it as a soft wax you have to use it while it is still in the liquid form, but not when it is too hot so wait for it to cool down. To use the wax in a hard paste form, wait until the wax entirely cools down but is not hard solid enough to use.

CLEAN UP:
This wax can get very sticky so PLEASE be careful with the sugar on the stove top as it can make a mess. I’d recommend boiling whatever pot and stick you have used with HOT water. This will get all of the wax off, so it can speed the process up.

AFTER BOILING:
If you decide to reuse the wax after it has became a solid in the jar, simply get a small pot and boil it with hot water. After the water is boiled, remove the lid from your mason jar and put it in the pot. Get a stick or spoon and stir it to whatever liquid desire.
