Testing the Ooni Karu 12' Pizza Oven using Gas!
The pizza dough was made with BIGA 100% (fermented for 24 hours).
The hydration of the dough - 72 percent.

This is my first time making pizza with Ooni Karu 12 'using gas. Before that, I tried this pizza oven using wood, and it was a very fun experience.
Making pizza with this oven requires new skills and attention, but I enjoyed the result.
I hope you enjoy it too.
