Incident Review: Electrical Arcing Out

If electrical wires start arcing out, immediately shut off the power to the affected circuit and contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to handle the situation yourself, as this can be extremely dangerous and could lead to burns or electrocution. In this case, the person should have stayed out of the line of fire but then again easy for us to say over the keyboard.
