The Man with a Giant Heart

In honor of Acromegaly Awareness Day, we wanted to share the story behind of our recently-acquired human heart. Acromegaly is the condition that made our donor's heart grow so big. We are truly grateful to the donor, Rob, for his contribution to our collection. We hope that both the new exhibit and this video will help raise awareness about this rare disorder.
