The asked me to share my Top 10 Health-Coach Approved #traderjoes Fall Haul Items 🍂 Trader Joe’s has SO many specialty items for Fall, but I eliminated things with seed oils and ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. Here are my top picks! Enjoy 😉

I couldn’t believe my kids ate the Butternut Squash Pasta!! It’s shaped like pumpkins so that helped. The ingredients are 🤌🏻

For the Pumpkin Butter, I add 1-2 tbsps to my Greek yogurt for a high protein, gut-healthy snack. My kids have it with high-fiber sprouted bread and organic all-natural seed-oil free nut butter.

The last item, the Holiday Veggie Hash - ok yes I could go and buy all these items, but it would leave me with excess that I simply couldn’t use in one week. I love adding this sautéed to scrambled eggs with a little goat cheese (easier on the stomach than most cow’s cheese) 🫶
